Whether you agree with me or not, I think that Hotels.com still offers the cheapest hotel rates in the Internet. I've recently booked a hotel with them in Hong Kong and after hours of research, their offers still come out on top. Of course, there's still the chance that I could find cheaper hotel rates since not all Hotels in Hong Kong have websites but still, I think I got a bargain deal.
