Prague Travel

Prague is the capital city of the Czech republic. If you've wondered why this city's name and pictures looks so familiar, it's because Prague has been featured in a dozen Hollywood movies. Among the most noteable films shot in Prague are: Mission Impossible, Bourne Identity, From Hell, and most recently, Wanted.

If you've watched any of these movies, you know that Prague is a beautiful city filled with great architecture. There's a lot of history in this city but since I'm not a history buff, you can just check wikipedia for that. You should check out Charles Bridge (as featured in the film Mission Impossible), Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and Lobkowicz Palace. Since Prague is gaining popularity as one of Europe's most popular tourist destination, finding accomodations is not hard.

Of course, if you're staying for more than 3 days in Prague, you can save a lot on your accomodation by choosing to stay in a Prague apartment. CoolPragueApartments.com can help you book an apartment in Prague. As for getting around Prague, if you're on a budget, their public transportation is good. You can use Trams, Metro, or Buses. I'd stay away from taxis since they have a reputation for ripping tourists off.
