Precautions to take when you lose your Passport or Credit Cards
I found this great travel tip over at FamilyTravelForum.com about what to do when you lose your passport and credit cards. Let's face it, no matter what safety precautions you take, if the hand of fate deals you their "lose your passport" card, there's no getting away from it so when you do lose your passport or credit cards, here are some of the precautions you should take.
First is you should scan copies of your passports and credit cards and email them to yourself so that when you lose them, you can easily retrieve the information you need to block the credit cards and to file for a report for your lost passport. Of course, it would be safer if you send the files using a password protected zip file so just in case fate is throwing you a lot of bad luck and your email account gets hacked, the hacker won't get access to these private information.
